Cancellation Policy
I do not charge a cancellation fee as I understand life happens when we least expect. With that stated, if an individual continues to cancel or reschedule repeatedly without honoring the appointment, future booking will be put under consideration.
No-shows will be charged a 50% fee of the scheduled service at the failure to show up for their appointment without notice.
For those that show up late, 15min and your appointment will be honored with that time redacted from the service time. Any later and termination of appointment will be automatic with the 50% fee of service required.
